Very Poor Customer Service!!!
For several years now I've been complaining to the store about to cake decorator. Or also noticed half the town complaining for the same thing. The girls name is Marsha. She is totally disrespectful and rude. When I went to order a cake I asked for extra roses and agreed to pay an upcharge. She said they didn't do them. The other lady, her boss I'm assuming, said yes we do. The cake lady looked at her and told her right n front of me that "she wasn't f*****g doing it" proceeded to tell her she could do it herself. I walked away without ordering anything and tried again the next day. The cake decorator was there Saturday and again cussed about my order using the phrase "she's not f*****g doing it she'll tell Vaughn, Tate or anyone else that she's not doing it". I'm not sure who Tate is but I know Von to be the store manager and am surprised how he lets one employee run over top of other employees as well as us customers. This isn't the 1st or even second time I've been cussed at or about by her. Last year she referred to me as 'a stupid mother fucker who waits til last minute to order a cake'. I'm hoping she will finally be dealt with and I'm also sharing this complaint page link on my social media for anyone else who may wish to complain above the store because apparently complaining to every manager in the store doesn't matter. If you want to have customers quit cussing them out and refusing to help them. It's been this same girl every time I've been up there for years.
