I want the shop to be aware that they cannot use that word to a customer

Went to get nails done at the shop I normally go to. David asked who did your nails I told him i wouldn't be going back he proceed to talk in his language so I'm just waiting for him to finish my nails. Then he began to say I was talking s*** I said I'm not talking s*** he said yes I said no I wasn't then he said black N**** you talking s**** at that point I wanted to slap him but i thought about i just said forget that i paid. Hannah and i walked out but never ever in my life have i been to a business and was called a n***** I don't appreciate that and i will never return to there shop again. I want the shop to be aware that they cannot use that word to a customer and if nothing is done I will be filing a suite against the business thanks
