The gas pump did not work, but as soon as I swiped my card, I got a text from my bank that $175 was charged. No gas was purchased. I asked the Clerk inside, he said it will reverse itself in a few minutes. I went back in 2 hours, they gave me a phone number of general manager and gas station manager. This also happened on May 20th. Exact same situation, defective pump, no gas purchased $175 taken from my bank account. Store staff gives the run around, tells me to go to the bank and have them reverse the charges. Bank says no, I have to report it as fraud, the merchant must reverse the charges. Resolution Sought WOULD line the $175 charged on May 10th, and again on June 8th.
