Jacob Law Group, PLLC complaints

LVNV and Jacob law firm sued me. They sent a letter with their intentions and I denied the claim and ask for proof for the total amount they were asking for. In court they had no proof except made up hearsay. On document had a story of an employee who knew everything about their books and his the company owned the debt. The robo signature was found out to be a 23 year old girl who was a bartender and waitress in South Carolina. The document she white was used in multiple states and signed by different people posing as employees. This document was a scam along with fake invoices of a Capitol one credit card. This document was designed to smoke screen the facts that LVNV did not have any proof they owned any debt. There was no chain of ownership although LVNV supposedly bought it from another company which is one of their many corporation titles. They have no employees, only corporate titles. These cases are not designed to go to court but rather use scare tactics to have defendants not show up and Yhry get a default judgment, sometimes rather than fight it people are paying for other people, That would be for mistakes in identity by Capitol one who sells debts as is where is with no proof for a few Penny's on a dollar. This has gotten out of hand and is the new gold rush of the 2000's. They are using false evidence and no proof. I won my case August 23 and have the judgement for two lawsuits because of insisting proof they did not have. Please stop this ill Resolution Sought Either provide legal proof or be banned from debt collecting. This company is banned from suing anybody in at least one state plus was fined $300,000 by the FTC. They paid an $800,000 fine for defrauding their own paying customers. They charged $18.95 to run a debit card for a payment but never told the customers about it. The FTC paid the money back. They charge interest rates of $45 on a $50 payment. Only a five dollars goes toward the principle. They need a full investigation.
