Before beginning work, I told the client that the garage floor, being badly cracked concrete, would not come out correctly. Best that I could do without jack hammering it all out and tearing down garage to rebuild, would be to resurface and smooth out as best as possible. She did not want to tear down garage, and said she understood. I was up front with her that the garage floor would never be right. I went above and beyond for this woman and she said often how she loved the work. We did all the work to satisfy the insurance company and what was needed to make garage not fall down. Scope of work entailed all new electrical and conduit, new gfci outlets 12 gauge wire. Raised right and center of garage with 2X4's and braced. New track and motor mount for garage door, new headers and door, removed and replaced 3 24 x 24 windows and painted frames, replaced missing shingles on roof, removed and replaced 3 cracked structural beams,, siding, locks, etc. Her son, Eric accompanied us to purchase materials, and return unused items. He was in control of the credit card. We did not take any materials when we left. And again, she was told repeatedly the concrete flooring would never be right without total replacement. She declined. This was an insurance claim from a fallen tree, it did not cover the concrete flooring and I did not even charge her for this as I told her from the beginning it was not going to be right as already badly cracked.

This was an insurance claim you did not pay for any concrete everything went through insurance and I do not charge you for the concrete I emailed you receipts and last final .receipt and I told you the concrete will never be the same. And multiple contractor crews told you that as well before I came but you still wanted to fix the garage. Still.
