I purchased a Jacuzzi tub through one of Jacuzzi's dealers. I purchased in March of 2021 and was sent a nearly destroyed tub in June of 2021 after being promised it in 3 weeks of purchase. I was sent another replacement tub in August of 2021 that was also damaged. I was assured they could repair it on site and everything was minor. The repairs were made and now the same tub has flooded my bathroom. The manufactured installed parts were poor quality and have split at the pump that is covered under the manufacturer warranty. Jacuzzi is denying any responsibility for repairs and services. They poorly manufactured and sent 2 bad quality tubs. Resolution Sought I would like Jacuzzi to accept financial responsibility and all coordinated responsibilities for all repairs associated with the bad quality Jacuzzi tub or fully refund my money for the complete purchase.
