Jacuzzi pool and hot tub closed my swimming pool on September 7th or 8th. Received a bill on September 11th with payment due on October 8th of 578.00. Mailed check for payment on September 24th. Jacuzzi received my check on Monday September 25th. They called me and said that they were going to shredded my check because payment had been paid. We ask how and they said they had our debit card on there files and they had used our debit card for payment of 585.00 with processing fees charged also on September 11th the day I received my bill from them. I DID NOT give them permission to use my debit card and they did not contact me on this processing. I have not given them permission to keep my debit card on file or to use it prior to my knowledge. I believe this is illegal and someone should look into there business practices. I will not be using this company in any future service due a very illegal practice. Resolution Sought I want this company investgated and my debit card removed from their file and payment returned to my account for poor business practices. $585.00
