Ordered food items for by fiancé who is incarcerated on 10/07/2022 and paid $15 extra for 1 business day shipping . I contacted the seller a week later to find out the status of my order and I was told via email the order was shipping out 10-12-2022. Order was never shipped out so I contacted them again and they said it would be there 10-18-202 .. items still never arrived . 10-19 I called and they stated they have a "stop ship " in place with Albany since 10-17 . . I asked for a refund and she stated it will be back in my account 10/24. I still have not received my $195.89 and they have took their phone number off their site and you can only emails. Phone number is busy or disconnected 718-576-3094 Resolution Sought Full refund
