Well at jakes they do in house financing so the payments are made every pay period for my that's every 2 weeks and if you miss your payment they automatically shut your vehicle off the next day and they say the can repo your vehicle after 2 weeks I wanted to trade my vehicle in for a newer one they told me no not until my balance was down to 1.500 I went and talked to a friend that's a finance manager and he told me that's not correct that I should be able to trade it in after 6 months if my payments are up to date if you disagree with them than they will threaten to void out your contract and want you to refinance they sell cars to individuals with bad credit and they do in-house financing threw supreme solutions no bank or finance company in Minnesota has ever herd from the they take advantage of people with low credit Resolution Sought Go buy the laws if Minnesota just like any other used car dealership and not make up there own laws
