During the summer of 2022 I visited a allergist as referred to me by my doctor I, paid the copay when I visited her twice. Few weeks later I got a letter saying that I owe the clinic a $100, when asked why they said that because they are in a hospital setting they will charge me for lab services. that is Double dipping..and I don't like to get robbed cause I don't have any $, have not worked any overtime /as I used to & I am struggling sometimes to put food in the table. Resolution Sought Investigate to see if other people have put in the same complaint is not fair. They should at least be a sign posted at the clinic Saying that they will charge for other services.
