Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. perjury, fraud and misconduct lied under oath. Failed to disclose his business relationship with his client due to conflict of interest Resolution Sought recuse himself from the case and to repay money paid due to his misconduct and violation of Code of Ethics
