I received a pre approved offer from this company with an offer to reduce my payments get a new vehicle Payments at 280 dollars get my interest at 1.5 and no payments for 90 days .the offer I was given not even lose to this when I ask why I was told because of the new vehicle price ,when I to them to then show me vehicles that would keep me in the offer guide lines the salesman stated they did not have any at witch time I ended the encounter and left the dealership Resolution Sought I would like the original deal of 1.9 interest ,280 dollar payment 1,500 trade in bonus and 90 days no payment on the new vehicle.

I understand you came into our James Chrysler dealership after receiving one of our event mail pieces and left not satisfied. I have read your complaint and I'd like to offer an explanation of some of the things you are dissatisfied with. This was a 10-day event, first come first serve type event, where we have certain vehicles we are looking to sell and hope to get some trades in as well. If by the time you arrived, the vehicles that would put you into a $280 payment were already sold, I apologize but the goal was to sell some cars and help customers drive a nicer, newer vehicle. There are many factors that go into getting someone qualified, and it isn't always at the terms the customer wants, unfortunately. I'd like to explain the $1500 trade offer. The mailpiece clearly states that the UP TO $1500 trade voucher is not an official offer. The final offer is given pending the in-person inspection of your vehicle. According to our notes, you did have $4000 in negative equity on your current vehicle that you would be trading in, which in turn would have to roll over onto the new loan. The 1.9% interest rate shown on the mailpiece is for credit-qualified customers. There were certain criteria listed on the mailpiece that had to be met for that interest rate. On the mailpiece, it also states that most customers would qualify anywhere from 3.99% up to 24.99% APR. It even breaks down some simple formulas to show examples of interest rates and payment ranges for our customers. We wish we could satisfy every need of our customers, but in actuality, we are not the banks. The bank determines qualification and terms, not James Chrysler. Again, thank you for coming into our dealership, at one of our events, and i am sorry you felt it was a scam as you stated in the texts we received at the dealership. I can assure you it was not a scam and we did have a fantastic successful event.
