On 25 August 2022, dealership emailed me a purchase agreement (deal #65270) on a 2017 F-250 (stock #P12194) which was accurate in price/trade-in Buyer was surprised by "AS IS" non-warranty on truck. Immediately after receipt of purchase agreement email, the salesman/I talked. I learned dealership does not provide any type of dealership warranty. The salesman claimed a truck inspection was performed earlier on the subject truck. Salesman was to cause the truck's inspection emailed to me shortly. The truck's inspection was never emailed. The next business day was truck was sold out from underneath me. Buyer was prepared / committed to provide a deposit on truck, once dealership provided the truck's inspection. Note: I learned on 29 August 2022 that the truck was not inspection on/before the purchase agreement date sent to me. So no inspection was available at the time of the purchase agreement (hence, you can not email what you do not have). Resolution Sought Explain the sales issue and I want a written apology from dealership general manager admitting they sold the truck out from underneath me.
