Hard inquiries were conducted against my will and are on my Transunion and Experian credit reports. They were pulled without authorization and under misleading circumstances. This constitutes a violation of the Fair Credit Reporting Act §604 and a violation of my privacy. Authorization was not granted by me for hard inquiries and I was mislead and pressured into giving my personal information which was supposed to only be for their opinion, because "It would take too long" and be too difficult for them to get my details that I had already submitted online when I made the appointment. Those details online were provided without a hard inquiry. I have digital audio evidence to prove that it was not authorized. In fact, multiple representatives at James Mitsubishi have admitted to me that they made a "mistake" and that there was a "miscommunication" between employees that resulted in James Mitsubishi doing hard pulls on my credit against my will and directions. I was told the miscommunication occurred because of a new employee. On January 16, 2024 I entered James Mitsubishi of Rome and briefly talked to a front line salesman. I told him numerous times that I am not there to have a hard pull on my credit report and that I specifically did not want hard pulls. As of Feb 26, 2024 all of my numerous calls and messages left by employees for Manager Tracy Rosa have been ignored or blown off, She has also ignored multiple digital requests from Transunion to respond. Resolution Sought On Jan. 16th the day of the hard pulls I complained immediatly to James Mitsubishi reps. On Jan. 17th I was able to communicate via phone directly with Manager Tracy Rosa who assured me she would look into my complaint and request for the inquiries to be removed and get back to me. She never got back to me and has ignored all my attempts for resolution as stated in my complaint above I would like a deletion letter for Experian and Transunion sent to me and I will forward them to the bureaus.
