Customer Complaint

Jacob and his company was hired to do a full bath, put drywall ceiling, paint, and flooring. He has not completed the job. It's been an on going issue since September when he got sick and said he would come back once better. We understood and gave him the opportunity to get better l. We called periodically for 2 months with no response which is when we decided to take it further as he didn't show he was going to return to finish the job. He came 3 weeks ago and did some painting and said he would be back following week and never showed up. I have called him daily for 2 weeks and have also sent him messages. Not a call back or a message back. I want him to either finish the job he started and also repair the stand up shower that he did finish and is leaking damaged the new walls that were out in, if he can't come back and finish in a timely manner we would like a refund, of what we paid him to do the job. He is not owed anything on the job he did. In fact we gave him 2500.00 for a second job he was going to start once the first job was done. We want him to act immediately and resolve the issue and complete the job. Resolution Sought Finish the job he was hired to do in a timely manner or reimburse so we can hire someone else to do the job.
