I had new roof installed by Schede Construction back in 2018 was sub contracted to J&J Home Improvements from Old Saybrook. I was charged by contractor for flashing around chimney and they used tar instead. Sub contractor was notified and he played stupid didn't know contractor, never worked on my house. I have leak around my chimney due to not using flashing and using tar. I have contacted another contractor who used drone and states that's issue. I am not going to use this sub contractor or contractor for repairs, I am contacting A plus construction to fix these issues and any other issues found during the past job. Resolution Sought Pay for new contractor to fix issue.

J&J Rivera Home Improvement worked in that house a subcontractor of Schede Construction. My Company did not get paid to install flashing around chimney. I was paid to replace shingles only. I charged them by square for the chimney was extra price that they did not want to pay me for. I cannot help with the chimney since I did not do anything to it. If the leak were through the roof I would have fixed it. I still can help fixing the chimney but that would be for an extra price.
