The restaurant is forcing 18 gratuity to every check BEFORE tax!

The restaurant is forcing 18 gratuity to every check BEFORE tax, then they're charging 12 food and beverage tax when the city food and beverage amount is only 6. They're conning to rack in more money. Legally can't TAX GRATUITIES! Have them follow the LAW!!!
