I purchased a used car from Jared's Auto Sales. He told me, it was an as is sale, and he also said to me and my friend that he thoroughly. Becker it out and it was a sound vehicle. Within 48 hrs, it overheated due to a blown head gasket, bad water pump and starter. My mechanic said that he either lied about checking it out or he knew it was bad and sold it. I he refused to fix it and/ or give me my money back. I had to spend another $2,000 for repairs. I paid $3,945 for the car. I believe he should compensate me for the repairs and my anguish. Resolution Sought I I want compensation for repairs of $2,000 plus for my time and mental anguish. He knew it was a bad car and lied about even knowing me.
