Bought a car 1 week in the AC didn't work the Engine light came on. Called 4 times left messages finally got a sales rep Jonas who transferred me to Ashley the general manager told him about the problem he said bring the car in and we will take a look at it if it can not be fixed we will send it out to complete auto care to fix it. They had the car 2 weeks! August 8th I got a text from my sales Will who said the car was ready. We go to pick it up the ac is not working and check engine light was on. They replaced the radio. That's all the did. I text Ashley the general manager he said he drove it and the the engine light never came on ac was fine. I went to have a diagnostic done they said the censor is bad there is no way he drove it and that light be off. Also there is no Freon in the ac so there is no way the ac was working. Ashley lied to me kept my car 2 weeks thinking they were doing repairs. They did nothing. Now I have to get a mechanic to fix it. I do have an extended warranty with a deductible however I have called 3 places who refuse to work with their warranty company because they do not pay. There was complete auto but they have to keep the car 5 business days waiting for approval. I just started a new job I can not miss 5 days plus how many days to fix something the company promised to fix. Resolution Sought They need to fix the censor like they promised, they need to find where the Freon leak is in the ac unit and repair like Ashley promised he will do. They need to be held to their promises.
