I paid him $20 for trash for the month and $20 to dump my burn barrel. He never showed up 3 times and I've waited a week and the service has happened. He refused to refund my money. Resolution Sought Get my money back

I was paid $20 for one month of weekly garbage pick up, I picked up for two weeks. The amount of garbage she had out both weeks was over my weekly bag limit which I didn't complain about at the time so I feel as if I shouldn't owe her any additional money for the one month garbage removal payment. As for the burning barrel, she didn't move it to the curb for Easier access which created this complaint. I refunded her $20 for the barrel and picked her trash up for two weeks before she filed this complaint. Thanks.
