I tried to cancel my order right after ordering by calling and emailing. My request was ignored and they shipped the product. I shipped the product back and paid the shipping. They have money back guarantee. I have been battling with them to receive my refund for months. I was told only a supervisor named Louise could issue a refund. I have documentation of Louise promising to send money by check. I have called and emailed probably over 50 times asking for an update on my refund. She is completely ignoring me now. Will not return my calls or emails. There are pages and pages of documentation that representatives have wrote. This has caused an enormous amount of stress and has caused my autoimmune disease to flare up. This company has literally made me physically sick. Resolution Sought I want my refund, plus the amount I paid to ship the product back as an inconvenience for being completely ignored and causing physical pain.
