In 2023, a process server and attorney stalked my house and called regarding an account that is past 7 years old. I had to explain my entire life situation to reach a payment offer in September 2023 without any paperwork to show account and proof. I agreed to pay $30.00 monthly. A letter was sent out with an agreement to pay $75. I counter responded with payment and stated that $75.00 was not feasible. Since August 2023 I've made a payment in money order . Yesterday I received a returned payment stating unable to accept. I spoke with a representative a few moments and I was told there is no account for payment arrangements and was transferred. I asked where has the payments gone if there is no account and I have receipts. This debt is past 7 years old and the process and company is fraudulent. Resolution Sought Erase debt . Track all payments received and consider debt paid. Or refund me all my money.
