Stay out of our neighborhood please.

I live on tiffany ave and eve dr. I am a retired homeoner. Jax driving school/ss blvd uses this neighborhood everyday to train non/drivers, my life was threatened today by a jax driving car stopped in the middle of eve dr.car stopped in the middle of the road not off to one side, me coming up behind the car on a scooter, did not want to go infront of car so i am honking to get them moving,not moving i got around the right side and said do not stop in the middle of the road, They took off I started going then they hit the brakes and I almost hit their bumper...putting my life at risk. This school goes up an down or neighborhood roads every day with non driving people. We pay taxes for or neighborhood, and I don't believe my life should be put a risk on a regular day on our neighborhood streets.
