Worked with a salesman and asked him to not have our credit ran. This was made very clear through text messages that I still have. The salesman and finance guy ran our credit when we already had preapproved credit and then tried to say we agreed to it. Dropped our credit score by 18pts. Justin the finance guy kept telling my husband he wanted to make it right and we agreed to buy vehicle, all stuff was sent to our preapproved company and loan papers were drawn at 430 on a Thursday and they sold the car to someone else at 630. Called and spoke to the owner John Hatfield who treated me with no respect and acted like I was the problem when his staff illegally ran our credit when they were asked numerous times to not run our credit. I was told by the owner on Friday he would contact me the following Wednesday to find me another car and it's been a month and nothing. Jay Hatfield of Chanute does illegal shady business running peoples credit without their approval. Resolution Sought We want our credit points back and the dealership to monetarily comp us for the trouble they put us through when we found another vehicle and are now paying a higher interest rate due to them running our credit.

Mrs. Hendrix was never listed as a buyer or involved in any Credit Submissions that we made. We received an online Credit Application from Mr. Hendrix and his Social over the phone, as our online Applications require the Customer's authorization to run credit, which is only completed by them supplying us with their Social Security Number. This works as their authorization to pull credit. We were completely within our rights to do so. During the Sales Process, Mr. and Mrs. Hendrix decided not to buy the car, and then changed their minds, but we had already sold the vehicle. In speaking with Mr. Hatfield, Mrs. Hendrix said that they would consider buying a vehicle from us if we could find another one. Mr. Hatfield was leaving town on business, but advised his staff to try to locate a replacement vehicle. Due to very low dealer inventory, this was not possible. Upon arriving back from his business trip, Mr. Hatfield tried to call Mrs. Hendrix, but she didn't return his call. No fraud was either committed or intended during the sales process with Mr. Hendrix, and any implication otherwise would be based on speculation by Mrs. Hendrix or misinformation obtained by her.

Mr Hatfield never called me I can provide phone records. I also can provide the messages that I was not on the credit application but the salesman at his dealership was dealing with me not the person on the application and I have the text messages to prove it and where it was stated numerous times to not run our credit. Also when they called my husband he also stated to not run his credit. This was illegally done.
