I took my car to the shop because it was sputtering. They told me it was the lower fuel pump. I was told it would cost 1,700 and change to fix. I said ok. I picked the car when it was done. I went to the gas station then to work. While driving to work, my car started sputtering again. I called Jay's back and they told me to bring the car back. The next morning I took it back. They called me and said I needed a transmission. Resolution Sought Refund me my money. I'm afraid to ask for the money back, because the manager was not happy about me being unhappy about my car not being fixed just before I was leaving to go out of time for Thanksgiving.
