I ordered base on the website information "picture" and received something totally different. I asked for the money back but the seller asked for me return the item at my cost. I communicated and tried multiple times the seller help with the shipping cost because was a big and heavy item but never received any help. Finally, I spent more money $60 in shipping and returned the item via UPS ground and provided the tracking to the business representative Jameson Broadbent. I tried multiple times for days and the person is ignoring me and apparently going to steal my money. Resolution Sought I just want what is fair and reasonable, the return of my money $250 and if possible also the shipping cost because they still have the wrong illustration in their website shop page and was their fault that I received something different of what I expected "Illustration".
