I bought a 2021 Q50 Infiniti in April 2023. I haven't received permanent tags until June 21, 2023. I had to go back to the dealership 2 weeks ago to extend my temporary tags. I was told that the the extended temporary tags will be mailed to me overnight but I never received it. My auto loan company notified me by mail on June 10 that they have not received the title to the car by JBA Infiniti. Although I was driving a loaner car that was provided by the dealership during the process of my temporary tags being extended , it was such an inconvenience to me . I work night shift , I should not have to call the sales manager several times to remind him that my temporary tags will be expiring within 1-2 days and driving to the dealership to pick up the temporary tags . I got a noticed through the mail that my permanent tags were ready on June 21. When I arrived to pick up my permanent tags , I was told by the sales manager that I should have called to find out if the tags were ready . That's not my job ! My job was done when I bought the car . This is the worst car buying experience that I have ever encountered in my life . Also, I was only given one key with a remote instead of 2 keys and 2 remotes . I was told by the sales representative and manager that the car was from an auction and it only comes with one key and a remote ! Why couldn't I be provided with 2 keys and 2 remotes ? I was told that if I want an additional key and remote , I would have to pay for them! Resolution Sought I would like the business to provide me with another key and remote to the car without me paying for it for my worse experience with JBA Infiniti which I deserved when I bought the car. I requested to speak to James Anderson, owner, but of course it wasn't granted.
