Previous complaint number#22677392 This complaint concerns a purchase I made for $49.99 for boys sneakers at JCPenney we did come to an agreement on the first complaint that they would refund my money and they also offered a $25 complimentary gift card I don't care about the gift card if I don't get it that was nice of them but I have not received the refund back to my credit card for $49.99 that's what I'm concerned with. I ordered sneakers which I found out that I was never going to get and I was given the runaround until you guys stepped in and resolved it but it's not quite resolved yet I'm still waiting for my refund. Resolution Sought Send me a refund credit back my refund to my card.

I order from this website call JCpenny it come china. They sent me a so call tracking and it state my order has ship and where they say it was ship at should have been delivered to my address. Because it was stated it was in my city and still not ship. I reach out to them they told me to be patient because the order was still processing I said why did I get an email it's been ship and it's in my home town. Two days later they Saud the delivered to my address on file. They only thing it said been ship to facility sorting center in Batesville MS. Now they it's been sent back to China they want me to pay another $15 to have it ship back Resolution Sought Go out of business for fraud.
