I have been using my credit card that promises me rewards. I call and tell them I am not receiving them. They transfer me 4 different times never doing anything. I just paid off a 6000.00 balance and I have no rewards. How can this be? Resolution Sought I would like my rewards points.

I have been experiencing a frustrating situation with JC Penny as they have been providing me with misleading information. The merchandise that I never received was supposedly returned to the company by UPS. However, I have not received any form of compensation or evidence of refunds from them. Resolution Sought Refund my money back to the original form of payment.
