We had water damage to our home. The company our insurance company recommended took 41/2 months to replace our floor. They installed the wrong flooring painted our kitchen cabinets the wrong color. The floor is only 3 yrs old and is warping and splitting. JCS claims that my wheel chair caused the damage. My question is they knew I was permanently wheel chair bound so why would they install substandard flooring. I would like JCS to pay for a different company to replace the floor. My wife has already been injured by the splinters of wood that increase every day. Resolution Sought Pay to have the flooring replaced and paint the kitchen cabinets the right color.
