Called about 1 problem...had two when they left.

Do NOT use this "company" unless you want a contractor who refuses to listen to you, moves forward with services despite your requests/guidance/authorization, bills you for services that you stated up front they should not put in place, pads the bill with services never delivered, threatens you with "repossessing your house" (JEFF GLASS) when you try to hold them accountable, sends you blank invoices with dollar amounts attached, hides from the Better Business Bureau when you file a complaint, and begins litigation to try to get the money they don't deserve. (I will gladly provide evidence to back up these claims to anyone who asks to refute any rebuttal offered by JCS.) Bottom line, if you make the bad decision to enter into an engagement with JCS Restoration, make sure that you track the time and tasks for every visit (you may need it to avoid fraudulent charges), ensure that everything on the bill is itemized and accurate, and that you do not allow they do not leave without signing something that states that they are responsible for anything that you have not specifically authorized. For your sake and the sake of your hard-earned money, do NOT trust or use JCS Restoration. Long story short, we contacted JCS Restoration to help us resolve a recurring water problem. A previous instance had cost us $12K+ out of pocket due to prolonged placement of drying equipment – fans, filter & dehumidifier, and we knew better than to let it happen again (or so we thought). They didn't listen to ANY of our guidance or requests, did things their way, and left us with the same problem we called them about while trying to use up the entirety of our insurance claim on (a) equipment we told them not to place because it would be ineffective, and (b) fraudulent/inaccurate charges for services that were never provided. The only thing they DID provide was a $4.8K bill for what was ultimately demolition of some drywall and debris removal (other charges were unjustified). I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau (ID # 14082435), but received word that it was closed because JCS Restoration failed to respond. Definitely something wrong with that process, but one thing at a time. Ask yourself this question. When there are SO many options out there, why would you risk doing business with someone who is going to ignore you as a homeowner & customer, try to use up your entire insurance claim on their services rather than your problem, and threaten you when you try to protect your hard-earned money? Go with another option. You'll be thankful you did. JCS is the BEST

We had flooding in both of our bathrooms and called JCS. Jeff and all the workers were amazing! They were honest, hard working, dependable and completed the job quickly, from demo to restoring them nicer than they were before. They also worked with our insurance company so there were no hassles for us.
We had a flood once before and called a different company and they could not compare to the workmanship of JCS. They are now at the TOP of our list.
