I have email evidence that this company gave me the run around since November 2023 about me trying to return a product. It was signed and accepted for by the front desk at their address given which I have proof of too. I have been contacting them since then to get the refund and now they say I'm out of the return period after initiating the return a few days after purchase. Resolution Sought I'd like a refund
