I purchased a 2017 dodge caravan thinking I was paying 20,500 plus tax , title. The dealership didn't give me my paper work for two weeks they said they gave it to me on some floppy drive or what ever it's called . When I kept complaining that I didn't get my paper work they finally said to come into the dealership and pick up the paper work . When l picked up the paper work I didn't look at it then I went home I looked at it and seen they charged me 22,900 for the van and had added on things that I didn't ask for . I never asked for Diamond elite package . I did ask for gap and had it canceled the next day . When my gf and I went to the dealership to discuss the error they told me a deal is a deal . I had a lawyer on the phone and one manger said we don't care about your lawyer . I don't feel like I should pay anything on the gap insurance the company prorated it and I was charged for that . The diamond elite package I shouldn't have to pay a dime and the money they charged to prorate I'm asking for it back also . I only wanted bumper to bumper insurance . The fin manager never turned in the paper work to cancel the gap I had it canceled later bu going to another dealership they owned . When we left the dealership a manger phoned the Byron police dept and said I pulled a gun on them and the police came and found no evidence to this lie in which it never happen . I still have a part that needs to be installed on my van they say if I do it it cancels my warranty . Resolution Sought I would like Jeff smith to refund me the difference in the price of the van they advertised it for 22500 they told us they would honor that price and didn't , I want them to pay my gf 200.00 bird dog fee they promised her and pay the pro rated cost for gap and elite and this matter will be resolved and we can go separate ways . If we can't agree on this then I'm forced to sue them and for lying on me for saying I pulled out a gun on them .
