I received a letter from Jefferson Capital System in February 2024 stating that they were attempting to settle a debt that I owed in the amount of $808. The letter stated that I could make three payments/ two payments or a one time reduced payment of $648. I chose to make the reduced one time payment of $648. I called the company on February 23, 2024 and spoke to a customer service representative. I was told that I could give them my debit card information and they was make the payment for me. I told the representative that I wasn't comfortable giving my debit card information to someone I didn't know. I also let the representative know that I had received a negotiation letter. The representative told me that I could call back and put my information into the system without his help. I called Jefferson Capital System and made the one time payment of $648 with my debit card. The amount of $648 was pending in my bank account for three days. Today, April 14, 2024, I received an email from Experian stating that there has been a change to my credit report. I went into my Experian account and read that Jefferson Capital System had flagged my account as Collections even though I had paid the amount agreed upon in the letter that I was sent. My credit score plummeted 53 points! 53 points! Resolution Sought I want this Jefferson Capital System to admit what they have done is not right and unfair and have the Collections removed from my credit report. I don't owe this company anything. I also want this company to have my 53 points added back to my credit score. I don't deserve this. I paid them.

I am not liable for this debt with "12 Sprint", I do not have a contract with "12 Sprint", they did not provide me with the original contract as i requested after finding out about this collection. Resolution Sought Correction to my credit report, I demand this account be removed from credit report
