I have a negative debt with this company that was opened from a fraudulent account. I've contacted this company several times and have disputed this changed with each credit bureau. They refused to take this charge off saying that the only way I can get it taken off is i pay then $400.00. They also admitted and said they have noticed errors on the account but will not remove this until I pay them. I asked wasnt that extortion to make me pay for something Thats isn't mine and she said no. I had to pay them $400.00 and additional $100.00 a month. How is this legal when ive complained to this company several times and with each bureau that this isn't my debt but they expect me to pay them and continue to pay them to keep the report from my credit report…. Ive filled with each agency for identity theft. Resolution Sought I would like these people to stop attempting to extort me and other United States citizens with their tactics and to remove this completely from my credit.

This company is violating the reinsertion laws (reference 15 usc 1681i) and violating the fair debt practices act (FDCPA) I have filed a dispute with this company since 2020 reference # 11542833 and they continue to reinsert different dates as me opening this account. Resolution Sought I would like this account permanently deleted from all credit bureaus
