not liable for this debt with Jefferson capital system llc I don't do not have a contract with this collection agency they did not provide me with the original contract as I requested Resolution Sought Correction of my credit report I demand this account be removed from my account

So I had a sprint phone that I was paying on that was broken, I did eventually pay sprint because it dropped my credit score so bad ! I've tried and tried to dispute it but it keeps getting denied it's been 1 year and 5 months I believe they shouldn't still be affecting my score so heavily. I'm young and trying to improve it anyway I can I just paid my credit card bill in hopes of that boosting my credit score. Resolution Sought Dispute the entire thing IF POSSIBLE they were paid off in 2022, unfortunately I just don't have that proof anymore and of course I wouldn't I have a whole new phone and with a different company.
