I have been fighting with customer support trying to get my refund after there system had a malfunction on the app it's been since Jan 1st said they were refunding my ticket but now I'm for 42$ I have had poor customer service when I call them the driver of 919 is wonderful so is the staff at the depot in duluth I am one of there most loyal customers going Virginia mn to duluth i have had over 15 calls since Jan 1st had to deal with very poor customer support and this has caused me mental strain i only asked for the 42 dollars back because there system incorrectly listed it as 2$ which happened to charge 42$ it said now we're on the page on the Jefferson lines app that there would be a 40$ uncharged if he had said this i wouldn't have reissued my ticket on Jan 1st this caused me a large amount of mental distress because that money was for part of mu rent forcing me to pawn one of my smart tvs to pay due to this when I should not had to do this Resolution Sought I want my 42 dollars back they said they were going to refund over 2 weeks ago and better customer support when calling in to talk to customer support
