I lived add 2500 Coleridge Drive. For one month in 2021 what was force to pay a whole year reserves for the insurance in the condominium. I sold my condominium on February 26, 2021 I got a notice from Jefferson Property Management Company As well as Ridgeview 11 Condominiums. I told the management company that I was no longer going to be a resident but was willing to pay for the one month that I own the property in 2021. They said no you must pay for the whole year. I've also written all of the board members and Jefferson property management by email. I have read over all of the ballots and none of them state that I have to pay for one years of service that I know need of. I am paying $800 what is service that I have no need for. Also in a memo that was sent out on February 3 said that payments were due March 1 2021 I did not live or own any property and Ridgeview 11 condominiums in March of 2021. In order to sell my place I had to pay The special assessment. Some kind of way Jefferson property management and Ridgeview 11 condominiums have avoided any communications they have totally ignored me. Oh my contact has been through emails which the board members have been CC with all communication which is supposedly sent directly To Jefferson property management but they have stated that I need to talk directly to the board members so the board members are getting all the emails and contacts that I've had with Jefferson property management. Resolution Sought I would like to have a refund of $800 from Ridgeview 11. condominiums managed by a Jefferson Property Management Company. They are stealing my money I am a retired government worker who lives on a fixed income and could not afford to pay out $800 for no reason.

All owners at Ridgeview II Condominium Association at the date of the fire loss which was July 26, 2020 are responsible for paying the Special Assessment. The insurance company, QBE at the time of the claim would not renew the policy when it came up for renewal January 26, 2021. The only insurance coverage that Ridgeview II's insurance agent could get was through Lloyds of London and other high risk insurance. The Ridgeview II Board of Directors had no choice other than vote for a Special assessment. Mr. Russell has stated that he will file suit in court for the money he believes that is owned him by the Ridgeview II Condo Assoc. and the Ridgeview II Condo Assoc. is prepared to defend the Special Assessment. Jefferson Property Management only manages the Association.
