I bought a 2010 Camaro from Jeffreys auto in Scottsburg in. I noticed the check engine light wasn't coming on when I turned the key . I then hooked a code reader to the obdi port and it gave a p007 and p017 code indicating timing chain issues . After looking closer I noticed that the cover of the check engine light has been removed and it appears to have been blacked out over the check engine light however if you look closely you can see the light. I went to Jeffreys and ask about the warranty if it covered the timing chain he said no when it was sold to me they told me and lubricated part was covered. Resolution Sought Make Jeffreys auto repair the issue with the timing chain or buy the vehicle back.
