I brought my car in 4 seperate times, complaining about a noise within the front end of my vehicle, and giving concern on a start issue that could be the battery - I was told there was absolutely no issue with the vehicle or battery and that the issue I was worried about was just "cold weather" or "rusty breaks". However, with fear of my safety on the road (my job being primarily traveling throughout the mountain state) I took my car to another auto repair and was told that the battery within my car (which was purchased here) was not intended for my vehicle and I would need a full repair on my Wheel Baring. I believe the dealership in which I purchased my car/ that was under warranty dismissed my claims because of the warranty and the lack of money they would make from me until my warranty was out. The service department manger accused me of being the issue stating over the phone that "they did not test drive the car to find the issue because I did not request that" and "how can we find the issue if you don't tell us exactly where the issue is". I believe it is not my job to diagnose my cars issue as I am taking it to them to do so. The service depart and their management did not do their job in the slightest and put my life and my family's life in danger. The staff in the front are very nice and helpful but the actual work done was horrible and could have cost me my life. The manager Charley was very rude and was not helpful with this issue and blamed me for my experience Resolution Sought An apology would be the bare minimum, but I expect that the service departing and owner of this dealership understand that when you give service like this you put lives in danger and ruin your own reputation with the town and community that supports your business. I expect a car for an apology and for their service depart to take steps to be better at finding an issue with vehicles.
