I have complained once already about this company that took almost 5 months to deliver a couch that was a special order estimated at 10-12 weeks for delivery. After several pushback dates on delivery I reached out to the BBB to help handle and finish the job that was not yet complete. Today 3/10/23 my delivery was finally set in- the couch arrives and in the WRONG color. The pillows and chaise were the correct order, but the whole couch was not. I asked that the couch be sent back. I called the Jerome's customer service number and was hung up on TWICE before I got someone who listened to my complaint. I am requesting a full refund and and to cancel the order that wasn't even sent to my home correctly. I sincerely do not wish to further any business with Jerome's. This has been the Worst customer service experience I have ever come across. Resolution Sought I would like a full refund for the couch, and to cancel the order entirely.

I purchased a bunk bed for my son. I had it break twice the wooden planks on the bottom bunk have snapped and broken. I had them come repair it once. Then I walked into the store again to schedule a new repair. They texted me for photos and they never responded ever again. They didn't return calls or schedule it.to be repaired or offer a new one to me. They have basically just ignored me. My child has been sleeping on the coach. Resolution Sought I want a new one delivered.
