Defective Furniture

We purchased a living room set for over $4,500. It arrived damaged In November of 2020. In January the center electronic console broke. We have been in touch numerous times with Jeromes and they have not replaced or repaired the couch. We will never purchase furniture from Jeromes again.

Not sure why it is impossible to reach customer service at Jeromes. My husband and I have ordered a lot of furniture from Jeromes and usually are satisfied. However, Things have changed over the last year and it is now impossible to reach anyone. If you call any of the Jerome phone numbers, you sit on hold for over an hour and then, if You are lucky enough to finally reach a live person to schedule the pick up they forward you into the abyss... for another hour of waiting to which a life person never picks up . I cannot tell you the amount of hours I've wasted trying to schedule picking up a chair. I have tried email, I have tried the websites chat and even their text messaging. And 100% of the time absolutely no one is reachable. I love their furniture but I will never use Jerome's again if they cannot figure out their customer service. It is beyond frustrating!
