After locking myself out of my house, I asked Google, " locksmith " Jerry's lock and key llc was the first in the lineup. I asked when can they get out yo my house. The lady replied, the tech will call me and let me know. I asked, how much. She said after, what my address (and phone number) and then she would know. Gave it to her, and asked, how much... She replied the tech would tell me how much. I said NO ty. I will call someone else. I said, " You lied to me, you said you would tell me after giving you my address" ... Told her I am calling someone else.... I called someone else. Then I received a call from the 2nd place and he said it would be a half hour. Ok. Good deal, I thought. Then I received a phone call , from another tech, I said They are already sending someone out. He said they are sending him out cause, he can be here sooner than the other guy. Sooner is good, right? He did arrive, talked a moment, (name is el) (god),, when he handed me his pad of paper and pen to sign his estimate of 80 plus 200.00 dollars. I said no way.... He started lowering his price when the other tech arrived. I asked el what company he was from. He tried to pull off that he was from the 2nd company I called. My 2nd tech said he don't know him and not from the same company.. . I paid el 20 dollars, service call, for him to leave and hoping no retribution. I had my 2nd tech unlock door for me for 70 dollars. Gave him 4 - 20's. 10 as a tip... 2nd tech was an awesome guy. Resolution Sought 20 dollar refund and for their add to be moved to the very back of the search!!!
