Dealer agreed to fix multiple problems and once we drove off the lot he refused to acknowledge or fix any and all problems. Resolution Sought We want the car repaired.

On 01/27/2024, customer purchased a 2010 Chevy Traverse. We have all supporting documents to show that even after the vehicle was sold as is, according to contract, we continued to help Customer with issues such as, new headlights. After installing them, Customer was not content because "they are not bright enough." We gave her $20 to get new bulbs and she accepted. On another occasion, Customer complained about leaking fluids, it was due to a broken hose and we replaced it. We also gave Customer new fender with a paint job. Another complaint Customer had was that the plate cover the vehicle was sold with was not the original from the manufacturer, we told her we could put one from our shop but Customer refused. This is a minor cosmetic issue, nothing that will interfere with the use of the vehicle. Customer also has an 18 month warranty, contract # ES2AS139901A24.

Consumer states; I would like to continue with my complaint. Jersey auto cars agreed to fix he list of items that we found wrong with the car. Even the headlight that he supposedly replaced burned out within two weeks. We are continually finding and trying to repair numerous issues with the vehicle. This has to be the worst dealership in the area. They lie and cheat.

The customer purchased an 18-month warranty for the engine and transmission. All reported issues have been addressed, despite the vehicle being sold as-is and such issues falling outside the dealer's responsibilities. Our commitment is to support our customers to the fullest extent possible.
