Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. If they are considering doing business with the company, consumers can use this indicator to forecast the likelihood of having their issues addressed if a problem arises. CRI measures the company's customer satisfaction abilities through BCA’s complaint mediation process.

I hadn't recived a bill since July. I was calling every month and being told I don't owe anything. The beginning of Nov they came and changed my meter. I didn't ask for that they just showed up. I called again in Nov saying I still haven't recvied a bill. They asked if I had solar. I said yes. They transferred. I asked for the number they were transferring me to and they said there is no number. You have to call us first and we transfer you. So I asked the new person why inajvent received a bill. I got no answer other then oops that a mistake on our end. Well um yeah. So finally I get four different bills on the same day. I call again get transferred to make sure it's right because it'd saying my bill is $708.00. I've never paid that much if I broke it down into the months I wasn't billed. I asked if my solar was accounted for and I was told it looks like it. I'm on the pine lake park page and apparently most who have solar this has happened to. We have outrageous bills. We would like it investigated because it all seems a little fishy to all of us. There are about 20 of us with this issue. My other friend had same issue but her bill was only $208.00. Something is going on. Resolution Sought I would like this investigated on why I received a. Ew meter and why I wasn't billed since July and why my total is $708? It just does t sound right. My bill is max $85 in summer months.
