mustafah sold me things i didn't order and refused to give my money back and told me to go to court Resolution Sought is to get my money back all my refunds

Thank you so much for reaching out to us for this complain. In jerusalem furniture we follow a no refund and no exchange policy for special-ordered items. The customer’s purchase was 75 special order items and were delivered to the customer’s house in a timely manner. We went above and beyond to try and resolve this issue with the customer, offered to return part of the items in exchange of a restocking fee ( which is still against our policy). We offered to take back part of the order (not all of the items) and to give the customer store credit. The customer refused all attempts to resolve the issue due to personal problems. We care about the satisfaction of all our customers and we thrive to achieve for it, but we also have to follow our policies in order to insure the best customer service.
