JES foundation repair complaints

To whom it may concern: i am writing a complaint in regards to jes foundation repair. I purchased a contract from them a year ago due to flooding in the basement. I already had in place a sump pump a dehumidifier. They did some grounds work in basement and placed a new sump pump and dehumidifier 4 ft from the original.. Which i still have the original working and in place. I expressed to john stone where the flooding problem was but he told me he had 40 yrs knowledge doing this and so with the " lifetime guarantee" i trusted this company and paid 24k for them to fix my basement. Which of course was a mistake because my basement continues to have flooding problems. Where i told them flooding is occurring. I had someone come out and they basically told me it was because i didn't pay enough i needed to pay an additional 6900 to out in a another dehumidifier and sump pump and drain. I told them i could not afford that as i just paid 24 k for their guarantee.. I have called the company several times and attempted to write the owners but no one has gotten back with me at all they totally disregard my calls. But basically had zero problems essentially stealing my 24 k. I would appreciate any assistance you can give me. Resolution Sought I would like them to come to my home and actually fix the basement
