I had JES come out to my house , they took measurements and said that they could raise my garage floor. I paid $604.80 deposit. No work was ever done. Then after 2 months I could not afford to have the work done and requested a refund of my deposit. I was ignored and my text and phone calls were not returned. The work has still not been done and they have yet returned my deposit. Resolution Sought All I want is to have my deposit money ($604.80) returned back to me.

I canceled a service. The vendor was slated to refund my funds (re: I have emails documenting this understanding). Today, I have yet to receive my refund even though I was told I would receive my refund my now. It took seconds to deduct the deposit, but it is taking a ridiculously long time for the refund. And, the representative is literally not returning any emails. This behavior is disrespectful and unprofessional. Resolution Sought I would like my refund immediately. I a formal apology, and I would like a commitment to enhance their cancellation policy moving forward.
