Mechanic could not provide receipts for all parts purchased. He even said he had to use his own 400.00 dollars to repair my car. I had paid in full before. If he felt it needed more repairs than was quoted, he could have called. Instead no one ever answered the phone when we would check on the car. Every time we did call or go in person, he would claim it would be ready in a week. The car was there for almost two months. Manager was tired of us calling to check on the car, so he told Mechanic to just hurry up to return the car without completing the job. It was returned with a broken hood hinge, no battery cover, loose clamps of hose in engine, it emits a noxious smell when turned on inside car cabin. Mechanic left tools inside the actual engine. The car turns off at every stop. The interior is smeared with grime and oil, the trunk has scratches that were not there before. Car completely stopped working a week after. We demanded all the receipts in person and he could not produce them. The total in receipts is way less than the 690 I paid. What mechanic says they had to use their own 400 dollars to finish your car? They blocked our number after he said we could bring it back because it still didn't work properly. I almost got into a car accident as well after getting car because now the breaks don't work as they did before. Resolution Sought I want a full refund of services.
