I went to the carwash and the machine that washes the side of my truck was in top of my 05 dodge ram 1500 quad cab. Resulting a cracked windshield and huge dent on the cab of my truck. I was told to get a estimate. . I provided it. Now I'm told to go to body shop of there own. I have spent many hours on this. Fuel etc. And frustration. I called them this morning not one person can give me the right answer without a attitude. I love my truck and want it fixed at my location. I've asked for there insurance and they refuse. Resolution Sought Fix my truck at my location of choice. Under Illinois law I'm allowed too. I expect a check for necessary repairs asap to go get it done.
