I already paid this company and they sent me an email with my tracking but the item has stayed in the same status for almost a whole week. The status still hasn't changed and the company states I should receive my order by Monday. I've reached out to company but they don't have email or 800#. All they have a is a live chat bot support which is setup as a runaround, and to bring the customer s in circles as to have the get discouraged and give up. I paid this company already and they are not honoring it helping me. I will file complaint at bbb and attorney general as well. Resolution Sought The company to communicate with me to resolve issue
