Lindsey Saenz has done my taxes however I reached out to IRS because I noticed money was missing from my check that I had gotten sent to them. Now I did offer to submit it's payment to routing but she informed me payment would be fast sending a direct check to them. I figured I would be getting an IRS check to them but I had noticed she sent to the routing payment directly to their bank account directly to her which she did not inform me to routing #096017418 acct#110624532468195. She stated that an IRS check would be sent to her and she will inform when payment is received. If the case is she took money from my check of $180.90 how many others has she done this too. Resolution Sought Give me my correct amount to make amend of her misinformation as a first time customer.
