I entered into a contract with JG Real Estate Solutions, LLC. / John K. Katzbeck of Coopersburg, Pa. I gave him two checks totaling $10,000. To date, nothing has been done. There was a problem getting a construction loan and that has been the end of any conversations with Mr. Katzbeck. My realtor and myself have tried to reach Mr. Katzbeck to no avail. I am going to be 75 years old soon and I would just like to recoup my money. I don't know why all conversations with Mr Katzbeck stopped. Please help me. Resolution Sought Refund my $10,000.00

I am also 75 years old, this lady is working with another realtor and she signed two agreements one on a lot and another on a construction agreement with a $5000.00 deposit hold on time slot, which I did. I gave her Realtor Advise. Her problem is her daughter left her and her daughter was to help pay, that's not my fault, it's hers. I have seen so many of these cases before. I told her that I would give her $5,000.00 on last deposit but the construction was forgiven by agreement.
